Every engagement follows the same five phases. Scope, decisions, and acceptance criteria are written down, which is what makes progress verifiable by you, by your board, and by anyone reviewing the engagement afterwards.

2 to 4 weeksWe establish the facts before proposing anything. That means interviewing the people who use the systems, reading the code, and reviewing the contracts, not accepting a brief at face value.

Design
2 to 5 weeksA solution design reviewed and signed off internally before any build begins. Every design passes through our architecture review so the firm, not just the assigned architect, stands behind it.

Build
Two week incrementsWork ships in two week increments, each ending in a demonstration of working software against agreed acceptance criteria. Nothing is reported as complete until the client has seen it run.

Transition
2 to 4 weeksHandover is a deliverable, not a courtesy. Clients leave an engagement able to operate, extend, and audit the system without us, whether or not they retain us for support.

Support
Ongoing, by agreementWhere clients choose continued support, a named team stays with the system under contractual response targets and a monthly service review.

Contractual and legal clarity
Every engagement runs on a written master services agreement with a defined scope, acceptance criteria, and change control process. Mutual NDAs are signed before discovery begins.
Data protection by design
We build to GDPR and UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 requirements: data minimisation, documented lawful bases, encryption in transit and at rest, and defined retention periods.
Secure engineering practice
Peer reviewed code, least privilege access, dependency and secret scanning in CI, and segregated client environments. Credentials are never shared outside a managed secrets store.
Continuity and handover
Documentation, infrastructure as code, and runbooks are delivered alongside every system so clients retain full ownership and can operate independently.
Certificate of incorporation, trade licence, insurance certificates, and completed security questionnaires are provided on request during supplier onboarding. Request documentation.
