A consultancy built to be verifiable.
We work with organisations that have to justify their supplier choices to a board, a regulator, an insurer, or a bank. That shapes everything about how this firm operates.
Why the firm exists.
A&H Consulting Group was founded on a straightforward observation: midsized organisations in the Gulf and Europe were being poorly served at both ends of the market. The large consultancies sold them partner level credibility and staffed the work with juniors. The small development shops wrote decent code but could not produce an architecture document, a risk register, or a security questionnaire response when procurement asked for one.
We set out to occupy the space between those two. A firm small enough that the people who scope the work remain accountable for delivering it, and disciplined enough that every engagement produces the written evidence a serious organisation needs: architecture decisions, acceptance criteria, risk assessments, and handover documentation.
Today we operate from two offices. Dubai is our registered head office and primary delivery centre, licensed through the International Free Zone Authority and serving clients across the UAE and the wider Gulf. Amsterdam handles European client engagement and advisory work. Both teams work to the same engineering and review standards, and every solution design passes the same internal architecture review before a line of code is written.
We are deliberately not trying to become large. Growth is constrained to what we can staff with senior people, because the moment we cannot put an experienced consultant on every engagement, the thing clients are actually buying from us stops existing.
Four commitments we will not trade away.
These are not aspirations. Each one is reflected in how our contracts are written and how engagements are actually staffed.
Independence from vendors
We hold no reseller agreements and take no commission on software you buy. Our recommendation is the one we believe is right, and we will tell you when the answer is to change nothing.
Written over verbal
Scope, acceptance criteria, decisions, and risks are documented. If it was agreed in a meeting, it is confirmed in writing afterwards, which is what makes an engagement auditable.
Senior people on the work
The consultant who scoped your engagement stays on it. We do not win work with principals and staff it with juniors, and our team numbers are deliberately kept small enough to make that true.
Nothing locked in
We build on mainstream, well supported technology and hand over everything needed to run it. Retaining us should be a commercial choice, never a technical necessity.
Two offices, one standard of delivery.
Both locations are staffed permanent offices, not registered addresses. Clients are welcome to visit either.

The controls that make us straightforward to appoint as a supplier and straightforward to defend afterwards.
Contractual and legal clarity
Every engagement runs on a written master services agreement with a defined scope, acceptance criteria, and change control process. Mutual NDAs are signed before discovery begins.
Data protection by design
We build to GDPR and UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 requirements: data minimisation, documented lawful bases, encryption in transit and at rest, and defined retention periods.
Secure engineering practice
Peer reviewed code, least privilege access, dependency and secret scanning in CI, and segregated client environments. Credentials are never shared outside a managed secrets store.
Continuity and handover
Documentation, infrastructure as code, and runbooks are delivered alongside every system so clients retain full ownership and can operate independently.
Talk to a partner, not a sales team.
Initial conversations are held with one of the four people who lead this firm. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will tell you in that first call.
What to expect
- Initial consultation at no cost
- Mutual NDA signed before discovery
